I order some fried shrimp and fries, that's when Barb recommended making it a platter by adding some coleslaw or applesauce. I was just about to say no thank you when she said they also had cottage cheese. It just so happens that I love cottage cheese. I had a wonderful meal, exceptional service, and enjoyed a nice conversation with Barb. It just so happens that my girlfriend owns a bar and she was impressed. So many times we have stopped somewhere late to hopefully grab a bite to eat after a long day, only to find that the bartender doesn't even acknowledge that you have walked through the door. Definitely isn't happy to have to cook, even though there are only four customers and you have to get their attention to get a refill because their nose is buried in their cell phone..October 03, 2016
