  Please know the employees lie. My pick up order was missing an item, when I called to get my missing item or a refund they told me they would do NOTHING to fix their mistake.

  Have ordered for years but now they stopped delivery to my home. One of the only nice developments in this area, so they are losing out on large orders! It makes no sense financially! It's only a few miles away and their high delivery fees should cover it! The food was always cold and never done to order. Most staff including the manager were never helpful when issues arose. Just another example of horrible business practices in WV. Save your money and try Anthony's or Kings!

  Well im very unhappy with pizza hut in inwood right now. We ordered the new flavor dipper pizza. I ordered it online. It showed up with just cheese..n its advertised with pepperoni which is how i ordered it. It was also ice cold. So i call the store back, first female i talked to was very nice then i get a call back from another female which told me i didnt order it right online. Mind u she didnt mention the fact that it was ice cold. Their online website is a joke. Why would i order this huge pizza as cheese sticks? It is advertised one way but then you have 2 pay all this extra money 4 the topping. What a joke and you have to wait 40 mins for it 2 be delivered. Also the 3.50 delivery charge plus tip so a 12.99 dollar pizza ends up bn over 21.00 dollars. Seriously?! No way. Thats insane. I will stick with Anthonys.
